We are a growing Cosmetics and Supplements company seeking a high-performing, experienced Online Sales Representative to join our team. 

This is a 100% remote, commission-only position with no base salary.

Our company operates globally, serving customers not only in Iraq, but also across Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia.

If you have strong online sales skills, experience selling health, beauty, or lifestyle products, and are motivated by high commissions and unlimited earning potential, this role is for you.

Compensation:

1. Commission-only position (no salary or hourly pay)
2. Commission starts at 10% and increases up to 40% based on performance and sales ability
3. Unlimited earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell cosmetic and supplement products online
2. Communicate with potential customers across international markets
3. Generate and manage leads through online platforms (social media, chat, email, calls, etc.)
4. Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in online sales, preferably in cosmetics, supplements, or related industries
2. Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
5. Comfortable working with international customers and different time zones
6. Stable internet connection and basic digital tools
