Job Details

We are looking for a Social Media Officer who is reliable, organized, and able to manage communication across the company’s online platforms.
The ideal candidate will handle messages, coordinate with internal departments and external marketing agencies, and support basic social media tasks to ensure smooth and professional online presence.
Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Handle incoming messages and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate responses and resolve customer inquiries.
Follow up with the external marketing agency regarding scheduled posts, campaigns, and design requests.
Assist in implementing the monthly content plan provided by the marketing agency.
Monitor social media pages and report issues, complaints, or repeated questions.
Support basic page management tasks such as: Uploading posts Checking insights Tracking engagement Maintain a structured workflow for responding to inquiries and escalating cases when needed.
Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve service and communication.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media handling or customer support.
Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and follow up consistently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high message volumes.
