Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural inspection standards and finishing works
- Experience in QA/QC procedures and site inspections
- Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, ISO, etc.)
- Good eye for detail, especially in finishing quality
- Strong reporting and communication skills
