Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
2. Explore and recommend new retail store locations in malls and strategic areas across the city and other provinces to support business growth and expansion
3. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and training to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
4. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, develop strategies for improvement, and implement effective sales initiatives.
5. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.
6. Coordinate promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and drive sales, working closely with the marketing team.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to foster loyalty and repeat business.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the retail team, providing constructive feedback and recognition to encourage high levels of performance.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
10. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team achievements, presenting findings to management and suggesting areas for improvement.
