Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Finishing Works Foreman. Proven overseas work experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE. Strong background in fit-out and interior finishing works. Ability to supervise and coordinate all finishing activities, including architectural finishes, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceilings, and other related trades. Capable of managing subcontractors while ensuring work quality, safety, and compliance with the project schedule. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
12th Passed
