Job Description:
To work as a foreman and supervise the rebarworkers.
Knowledge & Qualification:
Lead and supervise the rebar fixing crews for the placing and fixing of reinforcement steel in footings, raft foundations, columns, floors, beams, stairs or any concrete work requires reinforcement
Perform the toolbox talks at the beginning of each work day.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure that proper PPEs are worn during the performance of work (Hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, high visible vest, etc.)
Ensure that housekeeping was done at the work places and work places are left clean and tidy at the end of the work day.
Ensure that works are performed according to quality aspect of project.
