Facility & Safety agent is responsible for follow-up safety facilities & firefighting systems align with technicians in all transmission offices, warehouses, DCs, and shops. Assessing health, safety & environment measures to be applied in all departments in the company. Search and conduct survey for all Buildings for the existence of firefighting systems. Record any abnormal situation from HSE (health, safety & environment) angles, notify the related team leader about the cases, and take suitable action to solve any problems arising in this regard, seeking superior advice if needed. Follow up on testing the drinkable water used in the company at the governmental Health and Environment departments. Follow Civil Defense Department instructions for governmental safety and health codes and measures. Prepare reports about any fire or risky incidences be happened. provide the facility & safety team leader/facility & safety engineer with the needed reports regularly, upon request. Coordinate with security monitors about all buildings' firefighting extinguishers. He accompanies maintenance contractor companies during their regular visits and collects reports of maintenance. Monito the firefighting systems installation projects by outsourced companies. Carry out all instructions issued by the safety section and announce them to other parties. Carry out any other needed duties that may be asked for by the facility & safety section and directly supervise. Support his/her Facility & Safety engineer and/or direct supervisor when overloaded work exists. Follow-up process of cleaning sites, stores, and main offices from grasses Replacement of fire extinguishers for all buildings, offices, DCs and stores of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (In addition to having a health and safety certificate)
• Basic knowledge about (HSE)
• At least one year of experience in the relevant field
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
