  • Full proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as (Amadeus or Sabre).
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage emergency bookings with high precision.
  • Full proficiency in both (Kurdish and Arabic) languages, and those who are also fluent in English are preferred.
