JOB SUMMARY

The floor supervisor is responsible of overseeing the daily operations of the shop making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Main duties include assisting customers, ensuring prompt resolution of their inquiries, distributing tasks, and monitoring employees' performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Overseeing the day to day performance of Skin Society team (attendance, grooming, customer servicing, …)
• Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks in the showroom and spa.
• Effective Merchandising by monitoring shelves visibility and product displays, and the general appearance of the showroom and spa, reporting any failure to the concerned parties.
• Monitoring the implementation of monthly activation plan and promotional offers in the show room
• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff
• Monitoring the stock of POSM (Point of sale materials) and reporting any failure to the concerned.
• Follow up on implemented measures & procedures to avoid stock damages & theft.
• Review product and brand mix in the show room and offer suggestions to improve and enhance the collection to drive sales
• Addressing customer’s requests, comments, and investigating complaints and offering suggestions that would appeal to customers.
• Assist in the organization of events, from preparation to after-service.
• Monitor and oversee the process of opening and closing Skin Society facilities.
• Ensure that all internal standards set for the showroom and spa as well as external standards set by the brands are maintained at all times.
• Ensure the team builds rapport with all guests and maintain contact with them for regular updates and other company promotions and deliver an excellent service experience to all customers
• Build relationships with regular/ key clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction, identify future sale opportunities and build networks for the organization
• Maintain the right atmosphere for the team to be highly motivated and perform to their best ability while ensuring discipline and compliance with company guidelines, standards and rules & regulations
• Create a good harmony and team work within the shop team members and with other members of the organization
• Make sure all team members adhere to the Uniform and grooming standards and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
• Handle any staff related issues and update the HR and the operations manager in a timely manner; Important and urgent issues should be escalated without any delays
• Manage the employees schedules (CS offline & Beauty Advisors) to ensure that employee shifts are fairly allocated and all resourcing issues are dealt with in a timely manner
• Assist in the team performance evaluation process
• Assist in planning and support trainings execution / Training event
• Control the work quality of the shop cleaners and assign tasks when required to ensure the high cleanliness standards
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a retail industry
• Experience in providing customer service support
• Proficiency in both English and French
