Stage Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
The Stage Coordinator is responsible for organizing and controlling the loading and unloading of the items. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that all the orders are loaded as per the set routing schedule.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in segregating the orders according to the set geographical area to ensure that they are sent to their correct destinations.
- Assist and follow up on the loading and unloading of items on the stage to ensure the availability of goods on stage.
- Follow-up on the documents related to all - - Extract orders and reports from the WMS related to exports and import activities.
- Supervise the stage activities in the absence of the Stage Supervisor.
- Perform all administrative tasks when needed.
- Handle cash collection from drivers daily.
- Check, control and follow-up on delivered and non-delivered orders and collection.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- High school Degree or Technical Degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Great time management skills
