Medical Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing product information and support, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Provide product information and support to healthcare professionals, answering their queries and addressing any concerns.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  5. Regularly visit healthcare professionals, clinics, to present product information, conduct product demonstrations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market.
  7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  8. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products and expand our customer base.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  6. Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to healthcare professionals.
  7. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  10. Experience in dental field is a plus.
