ABOUT
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our Support team. You will join a small, expert team that supports the Banking software. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of building relationships with users, solving technical problems and knowledge of enterprise level systems.
ROLE
- Responsible for supporting the customization that CMA Small systems has developed
- Examine code faults, log files, metrics,and other typical troubleshooting approaches to find software flaws
- Technical support and support of the project on the implementation of payment systems
- Administration and support of IT systems
- Troubleshooting through analysis of application logs and system software (Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux)
- Creating support tickets with hardware and software vendors, carrying out work and implementation, communicating with end customers
- Implement tools and automation to proactively detect security weaknesses
ALL ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- +2 years of support software engineering experience
- 1-2 years experience with Databases
- Administration and maintenance of Windows Services (Active directory, WSUS, DNS, Hyper-V, Certificate services, IIS)
- Administration and maintenance Linuxservices (dockers, NTP,
- Update, RedHat Satellite, bash scripting, etc.)
- Must be able to understand integrated systems and their dependencies
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and timely decision making
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Fluent in verbal and written English C1 and Arabic must have
