We are seeking a talented and creative Bilingual Content Specialist to join our team. As a Content Specialist at Maqsam, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content that communicates our brand. You will have the opportunity to shape our content strategy, establish thought leadership, and educate our target audience about the importance of our solution.

Your Top Responsibilities:

• Content Plan: Develop a content plan that is aligned with the overall brand and communication guidelines, Maqsam's personality, and tone of voice
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original, and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, email marketing, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, PR, and multimedia content such as scripts and more
• Video Content Development: Understand the video brief provided by relevant stakeholders and craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience
• Product Content: When launching new products or features, research standard practices and trends to produce key messages, value propositions, and product copy
• Content for Existing Clients: Review existing client-shared content, and build templates that teams should follow
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website. Additionally, optimize website content to improve search rankings
• Content Guardian: Take on the role of gatekeeper for all Maqsam-produced content while adhering to communication guidelines. Maintain a consistent brand voice and style throughout all written content and across all communication channels, ensuring it aligns with the brand strategy and book
• Content Localization: We operate in multiple regions; the Content Specialist must be responsible for adapting content for different languages or dialects if needed
• Content Ideation: Brainstorm new and creative content ideas to engage the target audience and address their needs
• Research: Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in CCaaS. Conduct research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content
