Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customers Retention Manager located in Amman, Jordan. The Customers Retention Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies to retain clients, analyzing customer data to improve retention rates, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with clients effectively, and providing exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Customer Retention, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or client management
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in English major.
