Job Title: Sales Manager Company: Al Subtain Real Estate Development
Al Subtain Company is expanding its commercial team and we are looking for a strong, target-driven Sales Manager with a solid background in real estate sales to lead our sales operations and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities • Lead, organize, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. • Manage and grow a strong pipeline of potential clients with a high level of market awareness. • Close high-value deals across B2C, B2B, and B2G segments. • Handle negotiations and discussions with clients professionally and close deals successfully. • Develop and implement sales strategies and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives. • Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline and ensure each opportunity moves through all stages correctly. • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to build successful sales plans. • Ensure required revenues and profitability are achieved as set by management. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. • Manage and serve VIP potential clients in a highly professional manner. • Identify, understand, and resolve potential client problems to reach win-win solutions and close deals. • Understand and manage the full customer journey / pipeline, from lead generation to final closing and after-sales follow-up.

Requirements • Proven real estate sales experience in a similar role (Sales Manager or Senior Sales). • Strong experience using CRM systems; Zoho CRM experience is highly preferred. • Very good command of the English language (spoken and written). • Demonstrated ability to close deals with B2C, B2B, and B2G clients. • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and organizing a sales team. • Deep knowledge of the local market, potential customers, and competitors. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to set monthly and quarterly sales targets and achieve them through the team. • Strong analytical skills to understand market dimensions and design winning sales strategies. • High level of professionalism in dealing with VIP potential clients.
