Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a High Rise Buildings Project Manager based in Baghdad. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of high-rise building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, overseeing contractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and addressing project risks proactively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to lead high-performance teams to execute building projects. Strong knowledge and skills in Expediting and Expeditor role responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Experience with Inspection and ensuring quality control at every stage of high-rise construction projects. Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating supply chains to align with project deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage. Experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects is highly desired. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
