Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Baghdad for an Administrative Officer & Graphic Designer. The responsibilities of this role include managing general administrative tasks, overseeing customer service operations, and ensuring smooth organizational processes. Additionally, the role involves designing visually appealing and professional materials to support company marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will act as the communication hub for the team and contribute to maintaining an organized and productive office environment. Qualifications Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities Proficiency in Organization Skills and time management Experience in graphic design tools and creativity in designing visual materials for marketing purposes Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
