The Role EMAAL is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies that support the growth of our platforms, initiatives, partnerships, and investment activities. This role involves managing a small marketing team and working closely with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment between marketing activities and EMAAL’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business unit leaders to develop marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, target audiences, and sector priorities.- Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing plans to promote EMAAL’s services, platforms, events, and investment initiatives.- Oversee marketing campaign execution across multiple channels, including digital platforms, events, email marketing, media, print, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management by presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to support growth and positioning.- Monitor marketing performance metrics and KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.- Identify market trends, audience needs, and competitive positioning, providing strategic input to leadership to support informed decision-making.- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory or market developments relevant to EMAAL’s operating sectors.- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.- Coordinate cross-functional marketing and communications initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements- 5–8 years of marketing experience in B2B environments, preferably within professional services, investment, consulting, financial services, or media-driven organizations.- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.- Prior line management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.- Experience leading cross-functional marketing and communications initiatives.- Creative, proactive, and action-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
