Job Identification We are looking for Accounting Associate who is responsible for all the exit and entry at company’s premises of all materials, scrap and pallet process, inventory process and monthly physical counting, also responsible for archiving of all documents, located in Baghdad Plant.
What We Expect:Managing the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials at company premises. Ensuring that only authorized individuals and vehicles enter or leave the facility. Monitoring and recording all activities at the gate to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or any other security breaches. Inspecting vehicles and materials to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Keeping accurate records of goods and materials entering or leaving the facility. Coordinating with warehouse and inventory management teams to verify documentation and inventory levels. Monthly and Surprise counting and controlling the inventory levels.inventory summary of monthly physical count. Scrap Sales Management inside plant premises. System RFA for write-off (inventory, receivables or fixed assets) Archive all documents as required. Ensuring that safety standards are met and any potential hazards are identified and addressed promptly. Ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements. Maintaining logs and reports of all gate activities. Reporting any discrepancies, security breaches, or unusual activities to the relevant authorities or management. Collaborating with security personnel, operational teams, and external contractors to ensure smooth gate operations. Facilitating the smooth flow of materials and personnel while maintaining security and efficiency.effectively managing these responsibilities, gate control at CCI plays a vital role in safeguarding company assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a secure and efficient operational environment.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance2-4 years of experience Understanding of ERP from financial point of view English Language IFRS and IASLocal Tax and other financial laws Understanding of Sales force system and Asset management
