Role Description This is an on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Erbil. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations, ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing, and maintain thorough knowledge of available products. Additional responsibilities include achieving assigned sales targets, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications Sales and customer service skills to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers and team members Time management, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset to meet sales targets and handle responsibilities efficiently Experience with retail operations, product knowledge, and an understanding of pricing strategies Proficiency in basic math and technology to handle transactions and use sales systems Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and/or English is an advantage Previous experience in a sales or retail role is highly desirable
