Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Ice Cream Production Specialist to oversee and manage daily ice cream production operations at our Basrah facility. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, consistent product quality, and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in production planning, quality control, inventory coordination, and team supervision. In addition, this role involves developing, improving, and testing new ice cream recipes and flavor concepts, supporting product innovation and continuous improvement in production efficiency, product consistency, and taste quality.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience in food production, preferably ice cream, and frozen desserts Strong knowledge of production planning and production management Solid understanding of quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards . Ability to train and manage production teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field is an advantage Previous experience in a food production facility is a strong plus
