Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose for this Service:
The Service Provider is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics, equipment, accommodation, catering, and event management services. The Provider shall act as a single point of contact, ensure seamless coordination, and manage all operational aspects including contingency planning.
The validation workshop aims to engage key national stakeholders in reviewing and validating the draft Sector-Focused Operational Guidelines of the National Public Works Programme (NPWP). It will serve as a platform to strengthen government ownership, ensure alignment with national priorities, institutional procedures, and implementation arrangements, and build consensus on the proposed operational modalities. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to identify any remaining gaps and agree on key actions required to support the effective implementation of the guidelines. Specifically, the workshop will:
Present the final draft Sector-Focused Operational Guidelines, including their objectives, operational arrangements, and implementation procedures.
Validate the draft guidelines through structured discussions with relevant stakeholders at policymaking and technical levels, ensuring their relevance, practicality, and alignment with national priorities and institutional frameworks.
Strengthen government ownership of the guidelines by engaging the Steering Committee, Technical Working Group, and other relevant institutions in the review and validation process.
Facilitate consensus-building among government entities, workers' and employers' organizations, and development partners on the operational approaches and implementation mechanisms proposed under the guidelines.
Collect and document technical comments, recommendations, and formal feedback to support the finalization of the Sector-Focused Operational Guidelines.
Confirm institutional roles, responsibilities, and coordination arrangements required for the effective implementation of the guidelines within the NPWP framework.
Agree on the next steps towards the endorsement, operationalization, and application of the guidelines under the National Public Works Programme.
Desired Candidate Profile

Conditions that must be met in the hall:
- The halls should have enough space for sitting including registration table at the entrance, per each day
- The hall should have easy access to a minimum of 2 toilets
- The hotel should have full considerations for disability access
- The Hall should be sufficiently bright with good light and air conditions.
- The hotel shall arrange for fully functional electronic and audio-visual equipment and workshop materials (such as banners and/ or flags banners, data shows, wireless microphones, audio systems, teleconference equipment, etc.)
- Flipcharts with stands, whiteboard with paper, and markers
- Meeting signage includes company logo to guide your guests.
- 5 stars hotel and they must be approved by UNDSS. UNDSS security cleare
- Room on ground floor or higher (not basement floor)
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the training room.
- Pens and notepads per participants.
