Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Quality CSA Lead Engineer for major Oil & Gas / Industrial EPC projects. If you have deep expertise in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) QA/QC and a strong background enforcing Total Energies standards , we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities QA/QC Management: Establish and maintain the CSA Quality Management System in line with Total Energies specifications, PQPs, and international codes (ACI, ASTM, AISC, AWS, Eurocodes). Inspection & Control: Lead inspections for earthworks, concrete pour cards, structural steel fabrication/erection, welding, grouting, and architectural finishes. TPIA Coordination: Manage Hold, Witness, and Surveillance points with Third-Party Inspection Agencies and laboratories. NCR Management: Drive root cause analysis (RCA), raise/close Non-Conformance Reports, and manage punch lists to client satisfaction. Team Leadership: Mentor field QA/QC teams and represent the quality department during client and Total Energies audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1215 years in CSA QA/QC within Oil & Gas or Industrial EPC environments.
• Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead or Senior QA/QC capacity.
• Certification: Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Certified QA/QC Engineer (CSWIP, BSI, or equivalent preferred)
