Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of user interface components and workflows across mobile and web platforms.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into engaging, user-friendly designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards throughout all user touchpoints.
Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in technology-driven environments.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform consistency.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating data-driven design decisions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
