Our client is a leading company in Retail Industry. They are now looking for a HR Shared Services Executive to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experienced working in HR Shared Services (Shared services is a delivery model organization use to consolidate similar business functions into a single unit that supports the entire organization. Operating as its own entity and much like a third-party vendor, the unit delivers services to the Business Unit treated as a customer)
- Understanding of HR Operations.
- Experienced in Onboarding & Offboarding Process
- Labor & Visa Process (how MOL contract works, contract renewals) & understanding of UAE Labor Law.
Skills
Preference:
- 5+ Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA HR preferred
