Your role involves providing valuable advice to clients seeking to buy or sell properties.
Whether you’re assisting first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, your expertise will guide them through the real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Property Listings: Maintain an extensive database of available properties for sale.
Value Enhancement: Develop strategies to increase property value for sellers.
Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, demographics, and relevant information affecting real estate transactions.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening, addressing their concerns, and providing expert guidance.
Paperwork Management: Oversee and handle necessary paperwork in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Skills
- Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and speaking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Good negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Familiarity with real estate rules and regulations.
- Working hours : from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
- Saturday and Sunday off
