Job Overview:
Energy Oasis are seeking a skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design and implementation of solar energy systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of solar projects from conception to completion, contributing to the sustainable energy goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solar energy systems design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar inverters, and grid-tied/ off-grid solutions, BESS.
- Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Sketchup, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with electrical standards, safety protocols, and local codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid solar systems and Green Hydrogen.
- Knowledge of monitoring platforms and remote data acquisition systems for solar plants.
- Certification in renewable energy is a plus.
