Job Title: ERP Sales Specialist

Location: On-site in Amman, Jordan

Client Base: Saudi Arabia


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will work with Saudi Arabia clients and must have prior experience in ERP sales. The role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, build relationships, and guide potential clients through the sales process. This position involves coordinating with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored product demos based on client requirements and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads in the Saudi market through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Contact and nurture leads, building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Pre-sales Meetings: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and gather requirements.
  • Use Case Development: Identify and document client use cases, ensuring the sales team fully understands client needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Engineers: Work closely with the Sales Engineers to share client requirements and set up product demos that meet client expectations.
  • Deal Closure: Follow up with clients after demos to answer questions, address concerns, and work towards finalizing the deal.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Fluency in English: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in ERP sales is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application to various business processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
  • Strong presentation and pre-sales skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in Amman, Jordan, with a focus on Saudi Arabian clients.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
