Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to each account to boost visibility and drive organic bookings. Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital to ensure alignment with our content pillars and broader marketing objectives.


Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience and captures the luxury vacation experience.


Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and nurturing relationships with our audience.


Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor social media performance, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and refine tactics for improved engagement and conversion rates.


Market Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices, including the metaverse. Implement innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and appealing.


Digital Marketing: Contribute to our broader digital marketing efforts, with a focus on the metaverse and Google Ads. Experience in online advertising is a plus.


Qualifications:


Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, with additional experience in digital marketing being highly valued.


Skills: Proficient in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and analytics tools. Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and online advertising (Google Ads experience is a plus).


Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional creativity in content creation, with a sharp eye for design and storytelling. Capable of producing compelling visuals and video content that convey the essence of luxury experiences.


Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.


Experience in online advertising is a plus
