Key Responsibilities


  • Manage local marketing teams and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including user growth initiatives, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and user preferences to provide actionable insights for product strategies and functional enhancements.
  • Conduct in-depth research on user behavior and needs, gathering feedback through data analysis and interviews to generate insightful reports.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through effective online and offline activities while evaluating their success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new operational and activity strategies, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sociology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in user research, market surveys, or related fields.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and collaboration skills to effectively convey insights and work within a team.
  • Languages: Native proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends and user feedback to drive data-supported decisions.
