Head of Marketing

A multinational company is looking for- an IRAQI Resident- Head of Marketing that has a range of previous experience of 10-12 for one of the big multinational companies in the FMCG industry in Iraq.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Define and maintain the brand identity, positioning, and messaging.

  • Lead brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness, equity, and loyalty.

  • Drive product innovation and portfolio management initiatives.

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with other departments.


Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles within the beverage industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Experience in brand management, product marketing, and campaign execution.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing technology platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
