Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute video productions to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision.

  
  

• Develop and share storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts with team members.

  
  

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including talent, crew, locations, and technical setups.

  
  

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure professional use of lighting, sound, and camera techniques.

  
  

• Review footage during and after shoots to ensure high quality and alignment with project goals.

  
  

• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

  
  

• Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

  
  

• Provide guidance and feedback to the post-production team to ensure the final product matches the vision.

  
  

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video production and filmmaking.

  
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in video directing or related roles.

  
  

• Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.

  
  

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  
  

• Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and sound systems.

  
  

• Strong storytelling skills and attention to creative details.

  
  

• Ability to handle work pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.

  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in directing commercial, cinematic, or promotional videos.

  
  

•  A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video directing.

  
  

•  Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.

  
  

Salary:
