Transforming the world.</p> <p>This project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in two phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented design to enhance the production.</p> <p>The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24", approximately 30 km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the safety and security facilities.</p> <p>Our scope is to provide engineering, procurement services and construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. Four diverse projects in various stages of advancement.</li> </ul> <h4>Context and environment</h4> <p>The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24", approximately 30 km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability (dated 2008); flaring reduction by Q1/Q2 2026 and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the safety and security facilities.</p> <h4>Main accountabilities</h4> <h4>Health, safety and environment activities</h4> <ul> <li>Support and enforce project guidelines and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) objectives</li> <li>Participate in Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents</li> <li>Attend HSE meetings and training when necessary</li> <li>Conduct safety talk meetings with contractors, site inspections and audits</li> </ul> <h4>Activities</h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate with site personnel and liaise on daily basis with company site superintendent</li> <li>Oversee the contractor teams and material follow up</li> <li>Participate in pre-job, planning, coordination and PTW meetings</li> <li>Proactive in site works preparation: procedures, job cards, method of statement, rigging plan, permit to work, etc.</li> <li>Supervise site construction activities, meeting quality and safety requirements</li> <li>Participate in the elaboration of 5 weeks look ahead planning and liaise with site superintendent</li> <li>Ensure that final documentation is updated to reflect site condition</li> <li>Collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and suppliers, to resolve any construction-related issues, attend technical survey requests and ensure smooth project execution</li> <li>Ensure that the selected contractor follows through with the works, both in their premises for pre-fabrication and on-site during construction</li> <li>Supervise and mentor construction personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timeline</li> <li>Prepare, plan, coordinate and supervise operations in line with site superintendent</li> <li>Ensure good coordination, and manage all interfaces with other disciplines and the various entities involved in the project</li> <li>Check the technical information provided by the contractor and its consistency</li> <li>Anticipate supplies for the smooth running of the site</li> <li>Anticipate all potential problems, propose, if necessary, alternative practical solutions</li> <li>Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensure mark-up documentation reflects the site condition, report punch list and follow-up for completion, formalize handover dossier to FOPS</li> <li>Establish the daily report (progress of work, number of people, highlights, etc.)</li> <li>Validate and follow the scheduled work for his perimeter and ensure tracking</li> <li>Support or substitute the contractor when it becomes essential for the success of the project</li> <li>Maintain good relationships with contractors, displaying flexibility when needed while also enforcing necessary standards</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <p>What makes you remarkable?</p> <p>At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
