<p>This project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in two phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented design to enhance production.</p>
<p>The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24", approximately 30 km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the safety and security facilities.</p>
<p>Our scope is to provide engineering, procurement services, and construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.</p>

<li>Participate in job safety analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report anomalies, accidents, and incidents.</li>

<h4>Activities</h4>

<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.</li>
<li>Define, develop, implement, and maintain a documentation management plan detailing the strategy adopted, the organization set-up as well as the means and tools defined accordingly.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain procedures, specifications, means, and tools required to ensure an efficient management of all flows of documents in electronic form during all phases of the project and in all project work locations.</li>
<li>Organize, supervise, control, and support the documentation control activities throughout the course of the project.</li>
<li>Participate in the implementation of the documentation management system at contractors' facilities, setting up and explaining rules and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform constant analysis of produced documentation to check for compliance with project standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, used symbols, and all other aspects related to document quality.</li>
<li>Define, set up, validate, and maintain necessary means and tools for the timely preparation of the hand-over of documentation to the operations team.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to the whole project team for all matters related to documentation management activities.</li>
<li>Timely report to the Project Controls Manager, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.</li>
<li>Provide project management with insightful documentation reports that effectively allow early identification of deviation, delay with the documentation issuance, and implementation of remediation plans where required.</li>
<li>Observe and impose strict confidentiality in the performance of documentation management during the tendering phase and throughout the course of the project.</li>
<li>Gather lessons learnt with regards to documentation management matters and provide feedback to all documentation controllers as required.</li>
