Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, and content creation to boost online visibility and guest engagement.
- Manage advertising, PR campaigns, and partnerships with media and influencers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, F&B, and events teams to drive revenue and brand consistency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across all internal and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality marketing, preferably with luxury or 5-star hotels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
