Job Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for developing the household solar and energy storage market in Iraq, targeting residential communities, single-family homes, and other target customer groups. Develop a network of partner channels, organize offline community activities, and promote the company's household solar and energy storage solutions;

2. Align with household customer needs, introduce the advantages of the company's products (solar storage systems, installation services, after-sales support, etc.), and assist partners in completing demand analysis and preliminary communication of solutions;

3. Cooperate with the technical team to collect information such as customer's house structure and electricity consumption data to ensure accurate design of the project plan;

4. Track the construction progress of household projects, coordinate and address customers' questions and needs during project implementation, and ensure smooth project acceptance and delivery;

5. Collect feedback from the Iraqi household solar and storage market (such as customer suggestions on products and services) and competitor dynamics, and promptly provide feedback to the business manager to assist in optimizing business strategies.

Skills

Job Requirements：

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, new energy, electrical engineering or related fields is preferred;

2.1 At least 1 year of sales experience, and the experience requirement can be relaxed for excellent fresh graduates;

3. Possess excellent communication and expression skills, a strong sense of customer service, and a keen awareness of market development, with the ability to proactively identify customer needs;

4. Master the local language of Iraq (such as Arabic dialects);

5. Possess strong ability to handle pressure and execute tasks, and have a spirit of team collaboration;

6. Familiar with the living habits and characteristics of the Iraqi residents' living environment, and capable of carrying out targeted household market promotion work.
