Job Purpose:

The Consultant is a senior project position covering a client contract in the Kurdish Autonomous Region (KAR) of Iraq.

Gross Annual Salary: USD 74,000.00

Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Tasks and responsibilities:

Security Management

• Conduct full threat and vulnerability assessment of operations in close coordination with the client and Control Risks personnel.
• Drafting and updating of client security plans and documents, including the client accommodation and work site.
• Review and assess existing security arrangements, including physical security precautions, building security, journey management, incident response, evacuation planning and business support.
• In conjunction with the Operations Manager and HSE teams, maintain evacuation, journey management and medical emergency plans.
• Maintaining responsibility of managing security within the client operations and identification of threats.
• Review existing contingency plans and, where appropriate, develop and exercise these under direction and guidance of the client.

Operations Management

• Participate in and coordinate the response to emergency security calls.
• Manage the client tracking system in coordination with the service provider.
• Assist and manage the security implications of upgrades to client facilities.
• Develop and maintain contract Quality Assurance and Quality Capability on client operations.
