To manage and coordinate all company projects including telecom installations, IT projects, CCTV & smart home deployments, DJI drone solutions, and enterprise software implementations, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and WBS documents.

• Manage project scope, budget, risks, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and third parties.

Technical & Vendor Coordination

• Work closely with partners (DJI, Axis, SAP, Oracle, Adobe) to ensure proper delivery.

• Manage testing, design approvals, site surveys, and implementation phases.

• Ensure product compliance with client requirements and international standards.

Client Communication

• Serve as the main project contact for clients.

• Provide regular progress updates and documentation.

• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project progress reports, quality reports, and closure reports.

• Maintain proper documentation for ISO audits and internal procedures.

• Ensure all project paperwork is completed and archived properly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management.

• 4–8 years experience managing IT, telecom, CCTV, or software projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP preferred).

• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
