Open Positions:


1- IT Administrator


We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our hotel’s technology infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality across all departments
  • Maintain and support hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Collaborate with management to implement new technologies that enhance efficiency and security

Required Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in CCTV/IP camera installation
  • Strong skills in system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Solid background in networking and IT infrastructure management
  • Hands-on experience with cabling, mounting, and testing

2- Front Office manager


We’re looking for a confident and service-driven leader to oversee our front office team. The Front Office Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, support staff development, and create an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in front office or hospitality management roles.
  • Proficiency in OPERA PMS (Opera Property Management System) – mandatory.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, customer service excellence, and attention to detail.

3- Front Office Supervisor


you’ll guide the team during daily shifts, support new staff training, and help resolve guest needs with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise front desk agents and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members.
  • Oversee check-in/check-out processes and guest communications.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain a professional lobby atmosphere and clean front desk environment.
  • Support administrative tasks such as reporting, shift audits, and scheduling.

Required Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in front office or guest services roles.
  • Hands-on experience with OPERA PMS – mandatory.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset.

4- Front Office Agents


We’re seeking friendly, professional agents who enjoy creating memorable first impressions. You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcome and supported.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process reservations, payments, and room assignments accurately.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns, requests, and special needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and protect guest confidentiality.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and hospitality.

Required Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using OPERA PMS (mandatory.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and service driven attitude.
