Job Title: Sales Consultant – Automotive Location: Shaqlawa, Erbil, Iraq. Company: Toyota/SAS/Sardar Group.
About the Job The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling Toyota vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs, preferences, and budgets. Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain Toyota features, specifications, and benefits. Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options in line with company policies. Prepare and process sales documentation accurately. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize loyalty and repeat business. Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain an updated customer database using CRM systems. Market & Brand Representation Represent the Toyota brand in a professional manner, ensuring brand values are upheld. Stay updated on Toyota’s latest models, features, and promotions. Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in Suleimaniyah and surrounding areas. Teamwork & Compliance Collaborate with colleagues and support the sales team in meeting dealership goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations. Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a reputable brand. Toyota brand experience is a strong advantage. Languages: Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish (mandatory), intermediate proficiency in English (minimum requirement).
Skills & Competencies:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. Knowledge of automotive market trends in Iraq, particularly Toyota vehicles. Computer literacy (MS Office).
