Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinators and Logistics professional, located in The primary role will be to coordinate operations and communications between our company's office in Baghdad (Arrasat Al Hindya) and Dorra Oil Refinery. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.· Work Week: Five (5) working days per week.· Holidays: All public holidays in accordance with the official Iraqi government schedule.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate processes and implement improvements Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management Organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient logistics coordination. Bachelor's degree in, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Previous experience in logistics or coordination within the oil and gas industry is advantageous BUT Not necessary, as training will be provided.
