Key Goal:
The Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth, efficient office functions across AsiaPay offices in Iraq. This role requires a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations
- Lead, guide, and support administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Manage office resources, supplies, vendors, and service providers efficiently
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes, policies, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards
- Handle correspondence, documentation, record-keeping, and reporting with high attention to detail
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative and operational needs
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities, urgent requests, and evolving business requirements
- Identify operational issues and proactively propose practical solutions
- Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and operational planning
- Ability to visit other cities within Iraq as needed based on business requirements.
- Read, understand, enforce, and adhere to AsiaPay’s information security policies, standards, and procedures, and do not hinder in any way the proper execution of procedures defined within.
- Understand and abide by AsiaPay’s information security access agreement and rules of behavior.
Education, Experience & Qualifications necessary to perform the job:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or office operations
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth organization is a plus
Languages: Kurdish, English and Arabic
