We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected professional to represent our brands across major projects in Iraq. This role requires strong networks in the project market, deep familiarity with architecture & engineering offices, consultants, contractors, and project owners, and the ability to build and lead a project-side organization that drives sustainable growth. You will also represent our company in official/government institutions when needed, helping to strengthen our presence and approvals in public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities Represent our brands professionally in high-value residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental projects. Build and manage a strong project organization (project pipeline tracking, stakeholder mapping, site follow-ups, reporting). Develop and maintain relationships with architecture offices, engineering consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and project owners. Identify upcoming projects early, influence specifications, and secure brand approvals. Coordinate technical, commercial, and supply requirements with internal teams and partners. Conduct regular visits to consultants, project sites, and decision-makers; ensure excellent follow-up and closing. Represent the company in government departments and official institutions when required. Prepare periodic reports (pipeline, key meetings, opportunities, risks, next steps).
Requirements Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the construction projects sector (project sales / specifications / key accounts / consultant relations). Strong network in Erbil and Iraq project market (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, project owners). Languages: Fluent Kurdish, Arabic, and English (mandatory). Turkish is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to build systems/processes and lead a project-focused structure. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional appearance and confident representation skills for high-level meetings. Ability to work independently, travel locally when needed, and deliver results with discipline. Must be based in Erbil (or willing to relocate immediately).
