About the Job:The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience while supporting daily administrative operations. The role represents the first point of contact for visitors and customers, manages communications efficiently, and provides clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:• Greet and welcome guests professionally, in person and over the phone, and respond to inquiries promptly. • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and notify relevant employees of visitor arrivals. • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception area in compliance with company procedures. • Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers via phone or email. • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, posts, and deliveries. • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory records in coordination with the HR Department. • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs. • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and document preparation. • Update customer records and databases accurately. • Prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as required. • Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication at all times. • Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant hospitality, customer service, or reception role. Attention to detail and professional presence with a good-looking appearance. Strong communication and customer service skills. Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
