About the Role

Abwaab is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Photography Officer  to support our marketing and content initiatives through high-quality video and photography production. This role focuses on filming, editing, and visual storytelling aligned with Abwaab’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and photograph content for marketing, campaigns, and internal use.

  
  

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.

  
  

• Apply color grading, sound design, and basic visual enhancements.

  
  

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute creative concepts.

  
  

• Manage and organize video and photo assets efficiently.

  
  

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.

  
  

• Stay updated on video production tools and best practices.

  
  

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

  
  

• Solid understanding of video formats, lighting, framing, and composition.

  
  

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

  
  

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

  
  

• Comfortable working on-site (5 days per week).

  
  

• Portfolio demonstrating video and photography work.

  
  

• Experience in on-site filming and photography, including basic lighting and sound setup.

  
  

• Familiarity with brand-driven video production for marketing and social media.

  
  

• Ability to plan shots and storyboards for short-form and long-form video content.

  
  

• Basic understanding of motion graphics integration (titles, transitions).

  
  

• Experience working with fast turnaround timelines.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of video assets.

  
  

• Ability to adapt content for different platforms (social, web, internal use).
