The Assistant Accountant is responsible for supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
This role includes managing accounts, processing financial transfers, and assisting the accounting team in maintaining accurate records according to internal policies and accounting standards.
Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Record invoices, payments, and receipts in the financial system.
Manage and verify financial transfers before processing.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring alignment with records.
Assist accountants in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Organize and maintain financial documents and records accurately.
Coordinate with banks, clients, and suppliers to complete financial transactions.
Support the accounting team in internal audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications 1–3 years of practical experience in accounting or account management.
Good understanding of basic financial and accounting processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and reading skills in English.
