Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards while maintaining a positive guest experience through effective leadership and communication.
  2. Manage and train staff, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages professional development and high performance, ultimately leading to improved service delivery.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies, using inventory management tools to ensure stock availability and minimize waste, contributing to cost efficiency.
  4. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to ensure compliance and maintain a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings, utilizing customer feedback and market trends to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Prepare reports on operational performance, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  8. Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional events, working closely with management to increase brand awareness and attract new customers to the restaurant.
  9. Support financial management by monitoring labor costs and food costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability.
