A leading real estate development company in Iraq is seeking to recruit a high-caliber executive leadership team to lead the planning, development, and execution of large-scale mixed-use and urban development projects.
We are looking for professionals with proven track records in the GCC region, particularly those who have worked with major real estate developers and delivered complex projects from concept through execution.

Key Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as CEO or Senior Executive in a major real estate development company
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale real estate projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial, or urban developments)
- Extensive experience in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman preferred)
- Strong background working with tier-one real estate developers
- Experience managing full project lifecycle from land acquisition through delivery
- Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
