We are seeking an Architectural & Technical Supervisor to coordinate architectural works, review shop drawings and technical submittals, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all architectural and technical activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, design intent, and project requirements.
• Review, coordinate, and control architectural shop drawings, details, and technical submissions, ensuring alignment with structural and MEP systems.
• Support the preparation, review, and follow-up of material submittals, samples, and technical approvals.
• Provide technical clarification to site teams and subcontractors and resolve drawing conflicts and design-related issues.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, and Construction teams to ensure integrated execution of works.
• Monitor architectural site works, finishes, and installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Support inspections, address technical non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist in maintaining architectural work sequences in line with the project schedule and construction progress.
• Prepare technical reports, clarifications, and coordination records as required by project management.
