Job objectives
Receive, unpack and store incoming materials and equipment
Prepare and pack items for dispatch to field teams
Move items within the warehouse using forklifts. Forklift driving license is required
Assist in counting and recording stock levels
Label and organize items for easy identification and retrieval
Help with periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Issue and collect tools and equipment used by technicians
Check tools for damage or wear before and after use
Assist in updating inventory systems (CMMS)
Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the warehouse supervisor
Qualifications

Expected:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years' experience in warehouse/storekeeping in industrial, construction, or O&M environments
Experience handling tools, materials, and spare parts
Experience operating forklifts and performing stock counting
Valid forklift operator license (mandatory)
Basic HSE induction, manual handling, and fire safety training
Ability to read, write and update stock records, labels, and CMMS entries
Receiving, storing, and issuing materials and tools
Tool inspection for damage or wear
Labeling, organizing, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
